In 2013, Jayne joined Bayside Tai Chi Centre and the world of Tai Chi opened up for her. In 2021, Jayne moved house far away from her Bayside school but was delighted to her new Tai Chi home with Rising Moon Tai Chi. Both these schools have a strong connection with Legato Tai Chi. Their instructors and students have learnt much about the Wudang style through Legato Tai Chi workshops and annual retreats. Jayne has attended almost all of these events, maintaining her love of the Wudang style through Master Su Legato.
“Through Tai Chi, I have gained confidence, flexibility and an understanding of my ever-changing body. Better posture, strength and the ability to relax and focus. The list goes on as I am constantly learning, improving and evolving.”
